Elope Bridal offers you free shipping and returns within Australia.

International Shipping and Taxes

Elope Bridal is NOT responsible for paying the customs and duty taxes internationally. If you are outside of Australia please check the customs charges before you purchase.  

Elope Bridal offers a flat fee of $40 for International Express Orders.

Returns 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please email us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the white fabrics and delicate nature of the dresses, we ask you to remove all make up and jewellery before trying on. Returns with makeup stains/ snags will not be accepted. Please be mindful of fake tan as these stains will not come off. 

We do refund delivery costs for returns, exchanges and credit notes.  Elope Bridal is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.
